1. Forward and Reverse Logistic

BDI is equipped to manage the entire forward and/or reverse logistics of any project. Forward logistics services include device activation, secure (PSPS); Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Direct to Retail or Enterprise (DTS) Shipments; Bulk Shipment and Transportation Services. Reserve Logistics Services include Triage Services; Security Detail — including Facility and IT Infrastructure Security; Insurance Detail; Customized Device Branding and Recycling and E-Waste Management.

2. Pick, Scan, Pack and Ship Services (PSPS)

BDI’s PSPS protocol includes the pick-up of a ready-to-ship kitted device from the client, scanning the IMEI and or ICCID identification numbers, and the secure packaging and shipping of the device to its new destination as instructed by the client.

3. Branding and Kitting

BDI’s services encompass a wide range of offerings designed to ensure a customizable execution of even the most detailed kitting and branding requirements, including design of collateral materials, packaging and boxes, device branding or de-branding and more.

4. Custom Portal

BDI can propose and produce custom portals per client need and direction.

Wireless Wholesale

1. New and Refurbished Devices

BDI specializes in providing MVNO’s, lifeline providers, wireless dealers and retailers with new, refurbished and pre-owned mobile phones, tablets and other data devices based on their individual needs.

2. Accessories
BDI will work with each client to create and integrate a full accessory program on all devices customized to their exact needs. Accessories include: charge and power products such as travel and vehicle chargers, batteries and backup battery banks; carry and protect products including standard cases, ruggedized protective cases and backup battery cases; audio items such as ear buds and Bluetooth headsets and speakers and other essentials such as micro SD expansion cards and Stylus.

Refurbish and Recycle

1. Refurbish

BDI’s experienced and certified technicians are skilled in handing a vast array of refurbishment projects from light cosmetic renewal to complete refurbishment. These services include housing replacement or painting, LCD, digitizer, data port, microphone, earpiece, flex cable, keypad, Bluetooth and antenna replacement or repair.

2. Recycle

BDI is firmly committed to protecting human health and our environment by promoting and providing environmentally responsible recycle solutions that meet the highest standards including:

• Zero Electronic Waste Landfilled — Committed to making every reasonable effort to prevent electronic waste from entering landfills, dumps or waste incinerators.
• Maximum Recovery — Through manual de-manufacturing and separation, recover usable parts and materials prior to final refining and recovery.
• NO Export of Electronic Waste — Electronic waste is not shipped for processing to developing countries (non OECD).

BDI insists that our recycling partners adhere to our strict guidelines and be certified by either R2 or eStewards.

One of BDI’s primary goals is to extend the life of all wireless devices. However, once devices have ultimately reached their end of life, we ensure they are properly recycled to minimize their environmental footprint. BDI recycles all recyclable packaging materials on a weekly basis via Waste Management.
